Great culture, exposure to lots of interesting projects and given the scope to learn and grow whilst undertaking challenging tasks. Approchable and freindly management at all levels and no finger pointing, mistakes are used as learning tools. Great emphasis on development and learning.

Rapid growth causing short term friction as the business try's to scale up processes to meet new demands and targets. Sometimes can be left to figure it out, which some people may enjoy but others may struggle.

Earlier in my career I found it hard to envisage myself staying with a single employer for double digit years, however the environment and culture at AerFin continues to captivate, motivate and challenge me 14 years on. The aviation industry is a fascinating and constantly evolving landscape and AerFin's unique position allows it to strategically pivot to maximize opportunities and create added value for its stakeholders which has kept it fresh challenging and motivating for me. The fast growth of environment is one where I have been able to develop both personally and professionally learning both from peers with deep aviation expertise and through company supported training. The company works hard to maintain it's strong culture and takes personal development very seriously. I am very grateful to those at AerFin which have helped me along my journey and would highly recommend aviation as an industry to work in and AerFin as a great employer within it.
