After contributing for more than a year, the management kept bringing up one mistake done months before during the yearly appraisal without acknowledging all the other contributions done for 14+ months. Appraisal was also proactively initiated by me, they did not even know I worked for a year already. No proper management of projects and as a designer there was nothing I learnt and did not progress in my career in any way. No training programs. No introduction to teams and employees of the company, in my first week, there was no onboarding, They just set up my laptop and gave me work without any explanation about the product. When asked, they just told me to refer to their tutorials outside of my work hours. The laptop they provided did not even have a graphic card (which is a must for designers), after asking for more than 3-4 times over the course of 14 months, they still have not upgraded and keep dodging the conversation, I have been using my personal laptop for more than a year.
