      Work/life balance is decent. You'll work with some cool people. Team-bonding events can be fun.

      Svantaggi

      The CMS is lackluster, outdated and buggy – despite a recent rebuild. Little to no innovation. Unhappy customers. Continual bad hiring decisions. A poor management style that stifles productivity and success.

We have been growing in terms of number of employees and revenue for the last 3 years in a row. We attribute this upward trend to our focus on internal mentoring as well as the self-directed achievement plans of each and every employee. Most of our customers including our long-time clients Shoppers Drug Mart and Cineplex Entertainment have consistently reported a very high level of satisfaction with the innovative architecture of our product as well as the quality of support we provide.

      If you're used to a big company with lots of insulating bureaucracy to keep you from being accountable for results, this is not the company for you. It moves fast and you have to be ready to jump in and get things done.

      Founder and CTO are in the company forever - 20+ years - they really care for people and their success. The team and culture are great. Agility CMS as a company is strongly focused on growth and innovation, and the product itself is stellar. It is a very professional and sustainable work environment.

      No big cons, but be ready to work hard and show results. Even though the company is established, they grow aggressively and quality standards are very high.
