- Something about this place was just off. The entire global services department is run by a couple of "customer success managers" who are celebrated for their dire work ethic (never saying no to doing work after hours, receiving messages way after their day ends). - no work/life balance - Micromanagement starts from the top down (starts all the way from the director of CS and Insights) - No empowerment of employees' interest in data storytelling. No genuine interest in cultivating creative insights. Just pumping out reports - data quality leaves a lot to be desired - Toxic management
