Svantaggi
- ask for your input but don't actually care (me sharing input that they asked for and then praised me for is what got me let go). - will let you go without warning or negative feedback. - management is so out of touch with reality. They have no idea how anything gets done, but want to revise systems and processes. - such a boys club. Men are promoted there even if women have seniority. Women are also not taking seriously, referred to as "the girls", dismissed, etc. - only want yes men. Even if you're a "yes, but..." that will put you on their bad side. - zero respect for their employees. Let one person go the day after they got back from bereavement. Let me go on the spot with zero heads up and without any reason other than "not aligning". Logged off the zoom without letting me ask any clarifying questions, the day after seeing me in person in the office and inviting me out to lunch for "teambuilding." - zero respect for current employee's time. They will give us guidelines to do exactly as they described, then blame us when it's not what they were looking for and expect us to fix it in half a day (when it took a week to build out). - want your contribution on "big ideas", "where do you see the company going?" meanwhile that is management's job. - instead of adapting to the current FTC standards (since we got SUED), only want to go back to the "good ole days" that don't exist anymore. - not creative thinking. Instead of writing compliant copy, they write copy that they can't get away with and then blame the legal team for doing their jobs. - pay zero attention to deadlines internally to make their team's lives easier. Will delay in getting feedback or copy but then press their teams for the original expected turnaround.
