Vantaggi

Work with a very supportive and skilled team. For people just getting started in IT and looking to practice help desk, wouldn't be a bad start.

Svantaggi

Potential for upward mobility and developing new skills has stagnated in the last year or two. Was an excellent place to work a few years ago, but now its harder to recommend for new people.

Vantaggi

-Work from home -Flexibility of hours… if you have a good manager -“Unlimited PTO”… but doesn’t like when you use any -Provides tech to use for work if needed by employee (laptop, toolkits for onsite, headsets, etc)

Svantaggi

Please note that the current CEO is Kuk Yi, not Conor Quinlan -Management is a mess -No room for growth -Very messy on-call structure -Terrible communication between teams and between managers and their direct reports -Constant changing of structure -Inability to pick a structure for teams or goals and stick to it without bailing on the plan when it doesn’t cause 100% results immediately as imagined by leadership -Zero transparency from leadership -No pay raises -Pay is not competitive and is often below industry rates -All bonuses and incentives that existed have been done away with -Zero fostering of community among employees -Multiple mass layoff events over a year’s time -No incentives for loyalty… loyalty is rewarded with lies, false narratives, and extra work and abuse from leadership -Management takes employees for granted -Management does not like to listen to feedback or concerns from employees -Wrong focuses by leadership -Company is in constant financial distress, laying off employees and losing customers left and right, only to turn around and put money and new employees in questionable roles, like laying off technicians to hire more back office staff -A once great community among the employees has become a festering, toxic environment where employees fear to speak their minds or voice any concerns, as the risk of retaliation from uppers continues to grow
