-Zero fostering of community among employees
-Multiple mass layoff events over a year’s time
-No incentives for loyalty… loyalty is rewarded with lies, false narratives, and extra work and abuse from leadership
-Management takes employees for granted
-Management does not like to listen to feedback or concerns from employees
-Wrong focuses by leadership
-Company is in constant financial distress, laying off employees and losing customers left and right, only to turn around and put money and new employees in questionable roles, like laying off technicians to hire more back office staff
-A once great community among the employees has become a festering, toxic environment where employees fear to speak their minds or voice any concerns, as the risk of retaliation from uppers continues to grow
