There's nothing good about this company except the "AI" in the name AISERA. They exist only because of the AI Craze in the current times.

Where do I even start. So let's start from the beginning. Everyone is looking out and will leave when the first opportunity arrives. -- Lies, Lies and more Lies -- Disrespectful and Inflexible -- No Boundaries and False Promises. -- Free lunches and Free dinners only to make you work through them. People were even let go in the middle of their lunch breaks before they could finish eating) -- Unreasonable Deadlines just to show they do imp work. Everything is needed in the next hour and you would never know the rationale. All of us know when everything is important, Nothing is really important. -- Leadership is the bottle neck (always) -- No one will come to the meetings in time, mostly the leadership. The red flags will show in the interview phase itself - look for them. No prep work on your resume or past experience, multiple reschedules of interviews, interviews schedules really late nights or early mornings and interviewers are always distracted and late to the meetings etc. Believe all the 1 star ratings. That's where the company is at. All the 5 Star reviews are from employees that were made to sit in a closed room and can't leave the room unless they provide 5 stars. Yes that's illegal but that's real ( happened to all of us). 1. The Founder ( Emperor with no clothes) - I have never seen another CEO that's so arrogant, such a bully, dysfunctional and disorganized in my life and I have had a long career in the IT Industry. Everything written about him in all of the lowest ratings are true. I'm surprised, how he doesn't have law suits against his name. He will take this company down to the grounds. He doesn't let the CMO run the marketing office, so he had to leave and the CRO to run the sales and much more. However in this review, I want to cover what the rest of the leadership looks like. The Chief Product Officer : Do not go by his words and his career of 25 + years. He doesn't have any ethics or integrity. He lies to employees, customers and partners and is a Yes Muddu person. He promises employees bonuses and ESOPs on the contract that no one has received yet. Employees don't get bonuses or sales commissions. Sales people were let go 1 day after Sales Kick off. No Product Vision, No Product Road Map, No Product Strategy and No Product Documentation ( internal & external ) and this man leads the practice for more than 5 years. Speaks volumes about him. The Chief People Officer : He has been appointed by the board with the fancy title but his only job is to lay people off. They have done this to more than 60 people over the last 3-4 weeks. At all other times, he will ignore the slack messages and emails you write. So don't believe the openings you see in LinkedIn. They'll do the same thing to them a year. There was a theme - all good employees were let go at 11 months, 1 year 11 months, 2 year 11 months, so they don't get their yearly bonuses ( which is on the contract btw) and of course no question of raises. The VP of Product Management and Marketing : I can't even begin to explain how he has broken everyone's self confidence. He is a text book example of Workplace bully, but he will not be let go, instead protected against all of those complaints. He has nothing to do with product or with marketing. He goes around visiting the world and building his own brand walking over other people , primarily his team and stealing the credit of their work. He's quick to throw everyone under the bus and takes no responsibility of his actions. There's no female leadership in the C Level Executives. Check their org chart. There was one VP of Engineering that left in less than 3 weeks. Product Management Sr Director now turned VP : This person is (ex ServiceNow) and all he cares about is expanding his kingdom at all costs. His favorite poaching grounds are the likes of ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, Amazon etc. Please stay away from this person ( all product manager aspirants). He'll promise all the moon shots and all kinds of stuff and the moment you get in and things get tough, he will start ignoring you. Completely disappear on you until you leave or you are let go. I hope this is helpful. Please avoid this company, at all costs. Do not fall into the trap even if you know some people from your past life. It's not worth it. They will not exist in the next 2-3 years. This company was never built for scale. The median time people stay here is 6-8 months. Most people don't even make it a year. The ones they do are here because of a reason, visa dependencies, market conditions or just for the sheer burnout ( 100 - 110 hour weeks) that people do not have time to search for a new job.
