SLOW REPLY - Recensione dipendente - Retail Assistant presso Al-Futtaim Group

office hour is 8-5. Texted them at 1pm but is on one tick. Can take up to 2-3 days to reply. But when they online and you are not they will spam call you. I was busy one day they text at 7Pm after office hours and I was out so I couldn't reply immediately. They just spam call you like thats so rude firstly? Thats also so disrespectful at least wait an hour is past office hour. Text within office hour and replies are also slow or non-existence? Might as well say not working at ALL. Is a monday and I texted at 1 please do something about this terrible management.
