Wow… just wow horrible experience - Recensione dipendente - In Store Shopper presso Albertsons Companies

Ok so pretty much everything. I transferred stores two months ago to be closer to home. The management is absolutely horrid and do not care for their employees unless your a favorite. Scheduled 6 day work weeks now three weeks in a row after I have spoke to them and put in my availability sheet three weeks ago. I am exhausted and they don’t care. In store shopper is a brutal job and to add to that they schedule crazy hours. And never know until last minute! I can’t tell you how bad the management is here. The benefits are dismal(5% off and 10% off their brand) blue cross idaho- horrible too. If you like cruel and unusual punishment this is your cup of tea. Oh and there is no room for growth. So….
