I've been working in retail for many years and selling great product makes all the difference. Alexandre Birman is not that well-known in the U.S. market yet, but many celebrities have been wearing Alexandre Birman. The shoes are luxurious and really well made. They opened the first retail store in the US last year and the brand is really growing. The stores are super elegant. The team is very friendly and the corporate staff is very supportive of the retail team. Great training and good management.

Faced with racism and a toxic environment. Every time I stepped foot in that door, I received a lecture about my ethnicity. Also, illegal activity being done in that boutique. NO GROWTH
