This company has made me a very strong therapist, the support that I get day by day is just outstanding. My BCBA is supportive and professional: you get lots of guidance and she truly cares not just about the clients but also about employee growth which makes a great conducive work environment. The company also offers BCBA supervision fieldwork hours/experience towards BACB certification. Everyone including the lead RBT here is very friendly, and always willing to help each other out. I feel like I’m making a difference, and the kids are the highlight of my day! It can be a hard job sometimes but gratifying. I have a sense of belonging in this company as everyone is treated equally and allows for growth.

Good pay, 9-6, Mon- Fri, in the clinic

Little to no training. Was thrown into BCBA position. Admin likes to criticize but not offer proper training. Management is so unorganized. They have a “scheduling team”, “admin team”, “staff development team”, etc. all of these teams but it’s the same two people . They need to hire more people to run the admin side because they are so unorganized. Worked here for 5 years and they fired me through email! I have a family of 7 and they gave me a 2 weeks notice. Also many people who put in a 4 or 2 weeks notice get fired on the spot! They are horrible.
