All Service Moving has created a very dynamic company culture in which employees can voice their opinions and really contribute to the company as a whole. ASM has also been greatly focused this past year on developing a culture based on safety and sustainability. There are weekly meetings held by the safety committee to inform, discuss, and enforce current safety practices. This ensures that employees are working smart, avoiding injury, and staying physically fit. ASM is also one of few companies in the industry with a sustainability plan spanning over the next 3 years and has been recently recognized by the City of Portland for this initiative.
