Not a bad place to work, hybrid working is good and pretty flexible. Managers were good and people were generally friendly. Job is ok, standard customer service taking calls and emails.
Svantaggi
Main downside is there is no opportunity for development at all, if you start in customer service you will stay there for ever until you eventually decide to move on. No one gets promoted and people stay in the same role for years. Decent for a first time or temporary job, but would not recommend if you are looking for a long term career.
