great benefits; heath, HSA, 401K pension work autonomously, not micro-managed VERY family friendly, great work/life balance ability to telecommute or work in an office (depending on location) true outside sales that includes the flexibility that comes with it

Terrible communication to the field Very little support from upper management Ramped comp plan makes it difficult to continue the same level of income the longer you are with the company 100% draw keeps you a slave to the company - they will come after you if you leave with a deficit. DId I mention....NO support from upper management or the home office, you are on your own! Agents are treated like a commodity, this is not a sales focused organization

The job is not too difficult once you have been there for a while, but either way you will be on the phone all day which can be draining.

Corporate is constantly nagging at the employees in this position: required calls over important follow ups, adding days in office, constantly looking how long employees are in the office not at results they are driving, pay decreases the past 2 years despite record sales
