Would not recommend - Recensione dipendente - Call Handler presso Allianz Partners

Salary is barely minimum wage, they hide behind HR and go back on verbal promises, lack of support, no progression, senior management scream they are great communicators and relationship builders but only communicate and build with those that help them climb the ladder. Ground staff ignored and morale us very low. Bad vibe all round. Colleague once asked about salary and was told the salary is low as they consider the advantage to working here was you could put a company like Allianz on your CV ...just Wow !
