They involve a lot of people in there hiring process They do things together as a company, Happy Hours, baseball games, golf outings, ext. THE ARE GROWING FAST (young people determined to work)

Fast Pace, they are growing fast and with that comes a fast paced environment.

Amazing workplace. Learned all aspects of the sales process including mailings, cold calls, meetings, follow-ups, etc. Small company allowed for time spent with many different people including the owners. Unique chance to see how a very profitable company works.

There were no cons of working here for a summer.
