Okay place to work - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Allied Vehicles

Gained a few good friendships but that’s about it!

It’s a horrible place to work and always will be. Certain managers can’t take responsibility for their poor leadership and quite frankly, don’t know what they are doing. They send out a staff survey every year for feedback however, the main issues aren’t addressed and they wonder why staff feel demotivated and not valued. You are just a number in there unfortunately, I have never seen so many people come and go. Flexible working/WFH was taken away to work on collaboration but managers/ directors don’t even acknowledge anything that’s going on and some can’t even say Hello or good morning? It has seriously deteriorated over the last few years through terrible management with bad attitudes.

Pride in what the company produce

Face fits culture, good external reputation, but this is not what it was like working there.
