The company has been growing so rapidly that some of the growing pains were brought on quickly, but they were expected and teams worked together to achieve the company goals. Ive been with ACE since August 2020 and have already seen a total change in the workplace culture, the attitudes, and morale. I think we are going in the right direction as we are growing in terms of manpower as well as revenue. Some of the pros that I see: - Great industry to be in as we have experienced tremendous growth even through the pandemic. - The addition of many new, fantastic employees to the management team for the warehouse as well as the corporate office. - Management is working to reduce overtime for the warehouse employees to give a better work/life balance. - Competitive salaries for exempt level and there has already been a nice increase to the hourly wages as well. -Benefits package has improved with more options that appeal to different people. - You can talk to people when you have concerns and they are taken into consideration. - Growth opportunities for career advancement

-Sometimes the execution of a plan gets a little side tracked or deviates and it can cause a bit of frustration to get back onto the original plan.
