      Freedom to operate and make decisions without to much outside noise. Rewarded for hard work.

      Company was transitioning for a sale which meant many cuts across the board. Quality of products and personnel took a major hit.

      Not a lot of pro’s, can get materials at cost for employees, but they put a cap on it… so.

      Branch’s are run on the AS400. The system is outdated and archaic, created in 1988, and looks like they’ve updated it since. The system is horrible. Corporate overlords that have never had experience in the branch make awful decisions. Not much leadership presence in the branches, and absolutely no where to grow besides warehouse manager or branch manager unless you live in Atlanta or Ohio. People inside the branch are alright.
