You get to learn how a recycling plant works. Occasional free food. Free water.

12-hour shifts. Zero work-life balance. Over encumbrance in regard to management and HR. Claims to be a family-run business but they're as corporate as they come. Claims that they will give you autonomy but in reality, it's far from the truth. Unhealthy dirty environment. Toxic workplace political culture. Lack of professionalism across the board. Have to wear full PPE gear all day. Supervisor role does HR and Management responsibilities without the extra pay.
