1. they never care about you only billing. 2. no finance team aware how to calculate the tax and you will never know what salary you will get it. 3. main point , on FNF. if you exit, the settlement they mention is 75 days and after they won't pay it. till work with them you will get the salary on time. so last 30 days notice you have to forget the salary which is bonus to the employer. 4. always client, client can release you at any time. but you have to serve 30 days must on notice. 5. only short term projects.
