Not worth it - Recensione dipendente - Driver presso Alto

Pays less than every other fleet company. Tips are not worth anything, customers tipping less and less. Poor management and no way to see attendance points in the driver portal in the new system. New base pay for all drivers across the board offers NO incent or reason to work busy hours. Why would I want to work high stress, high traffic hours when I can get paid the same for driving early in the morning with no traffic. New pay structure is completely busted.
