Cab facilities available for employees and lower level employees get some amount as transport allowance if not using cabs which is great.

Very few from my side. 1. Shifts can be a pain sometimes on health if you are not okay with working on shifts. 2. Sometimes anonymity of certain aspects of work can hinder you to get the complete picture of the process you work.
