People are pretty nice and very technical, dive deep is a basic skill. 4. Manager truly cares about employee, provides feedback and opportunity for them.

1. The system is pretty complex, ramp up time is not quick. 2. A lot of work to do, a lot of information to digest which keep you busy. 3. No free snacks, no free food, even there is no bananas anymore.
