      Growth opportunities are available since employees at corporate either quit or are fired. Ability to learn more about different positrons since sometimes need to assist in other departments. The employees not involved in management have a great comradarie.

      Svantaggi

      Management is demanding of your being able to do what they want without really giving the guidance to complete the assignments. Benefits were not good. Not very honest to employees.

      I found Amdex to be one of the very few companies I liked working for. It was the right size that I felt a part of the company. The CEO seemed very interested in making sure the employees felt a part of the company and were informed. This trickled down to my Program Manager who was one of the best I ever had. She knew what she was doing and made sure her employees were informed. She gave everyone the personal touch. I can truly say that I was happy to go to the holiday party this company provided for its employees, unlike some other companies that I felt I would be lost in the crowd and would not be missed. It was too bad the contract ran out of money and I had to leave.

It is important to me that all AMDEX staff are informed and empowered to do the right thing. It is disappointing when client's budget situations ultimately affect our team members.       - Many of the employees are supportive - about average pay

      - after AMDEX obtained its subsidiary (Avar) everything plummeted downhill. I would never recommend anyone work at this company
