I could write a novel on this terrible company. The pay is laughably low, no job security, backstabbing from your fellow employees, security cameras watching your every move, scrutinized time cards, no vacation, vindictive ceo, micromanagement team who will watch their own behind at all times, unfriendly coworkers, menial work. I have absolutely no idea how this company has managed to stay in business for as long as it has, but I know the clients are unhappy or have been lied to in some capacity. There is no honesty from the top down management. Management will try to intimidate you hourly and hold any personal information you've shared with them against you until you submit to their 'power'. Really, this is an overall terrible place to work. If your Temp Agency tries to send you here, don't even accept an interview. Employees are disposable, which is why they use temps. One single employee has been hired on without an agency.
