They rip your benefits from you literally immediately once you put your two weeks in like petty high schoolers. Barely any room for real growth. I watched a learning and performance trainer get laid off after working with the company for 16 plus years with no valid reason. They pick and choose favorites. They make it impossible to succeed or receive any bonuses no matter how hard you work. Some of the employees such as, Joan Welsh, has worked there for 20 plus years and speak to their employees like they are caged animals with zero rights. The leaders are on some serious power trips and need to get a grip. Hope this helps.
