Meet nice people while on the road.

You have to use a script and lie to the nice people you meet. Pyramid scheme. You have to use a bunch of your own money to get you started then go weeks to months and not make anything. They tell you they will make sure you get money while being trained. I never ever saw mine, if you manage to get it your very Lucky. The more people they hire the more they make. You have to learn a 10 page script that teaches you to manipulate people. It’s ok to sell insurance must not to trick people into letting you in their homes. They advertise all different job names for the same job. If you don’t have lots of money to tie you over for months, don’t think about it. I lost just about everything I had.

Great pay, good consistent training, great management (I personally had a great management team, I know this can vary)

Fully Remote (this is a con for me as it took a toll on my health over the years), It is commission based which can be tough for some people. There was a noticeable amount of past clients cancelling due to an agent adding more insurance that was too expensive and often didn't properly explain that they were adding more.
