I work with a great team, dedicated to deliver results. So many managers are really good and support their teams. Extra work put on others and lots of stress added with all of the recent layoffs or "restructuring" happening. More middle level people cut - did not see any VP or higher being cut just more get added. Hopefully re-structuring on the Board Of Directors will help drive the stock prices back up and fill the buildings. Hard working Sales Team incredible group of people working with the customers. Lots of new faces on the team. Sr. Leaders on Sales team have been with Americold for years and know the business.

Outsourcing work to consultants from India. Hard to collaborate on projects when you cannot understand the people you are working with and they do not understand the cold storage business. When calling in for an issue changes are your ticket will not be routed to the right group of people. Good people leave to work with competitors that have not outsourced. Restructuring across the company but still have the leadership conferences that cost millions of dollars flying people from all over the world to the US at a big resort.
