Although I am sorry that your experience at Ameriflex was less than extraordinary, I assure you that we will take your feedback to heart and consider it while we work to make Ameriflex an even better workplace. One of our core values is to respect each other with prompt candor and accountability and we try to encourage all of our employees to feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and concerns with their managers and/or HR in an effort to keep Ameriflex a safe, fun and productive environment for all of our valued employees. We also work to make sure our compensation and benefits are on par with other companies both within our industry and geographically. We realize it is much easier to train and retain good talent than to replace it and try to offer our employees opportunities to grow with the company. One way we do this is through our tuition reimbursement program which provides financial assistance to employees who want to go back to school to broaden their skill set and use their skills to help grow and shape Ameriflex.
