Salaries are poor and pay reviews offer minimal increases;
High staff turnover particularly at junior levels;
People often not happy with their roles;
Issues throughout the company regarding mental health: there exists a narrative of mental health training, webinars etc but no real tangible changes to improve the wellbeing of staff (flexible hours, larger bonuses, higher salaries…);
Bonuses disappear rapidly after tax and student loan repayments and don't offer much sense of reward;
There are fixations from management about productivity where unrealistic targets are set and staff made to feel incompetent if they don’t achieve certain thresholds.
