Nothing to point out anything.

I joined Amtex Systems with high expectations, but the reality was starkly different. The promised work environment was a far cry from the actual experience.

- Authoritarian leadership style, seeking only individuals with "yes sir" mentality, stifling open communication and dissenting opinions. - Lack of constructive feedback, growth opportunities, or acknowledgment of achievements. - No clear policies or procedures in place, leading to confusion and favoritism. - Toxic work environment, plagued by politics and gossip. - Leadership believes in a "hire and fire" approach, with no investment in employee development.
