lead times do not always support production cycle

Honestly I didn’t find any point for working in this company if you can say company to that

They are super unprofessional and non educated people who are working there. They behavior and action to the employee are impolitely. They are confused with their targets and even hiring people without any objection. They just laid me off without any notice and hopefully I got another job offer with 20k more base salary from another company. I’m so sorry for myself to choose this company for working even for a short period.
