- Endless slogans with no substance and just bombastic about transformation, employer of choice but permanently threatened to be fired - Lack of respect for the people: keep laptop always open, days, nights, holidays - Ask your family, your parents or your kids to not be seak during budget preparation or yearly closure or end of quarters or during cold seasons - Aggressive managers sending malicious emails over the night, weekends out of working hours. - Cheap and low politics, people clapping hands but gossiping after each presentation, a cheap theatral CEO crying in a TC stating how much people counts but there is no respect for their free time, for their days off or for timing spent in hospitals with own family - Dicatorial, ruud agressive management style, bombastic, empty of any real and valuable content - Lack of trust in people, low engagement, be prepared for a situation in which a third party consultant opinion will be more valuable, despite any experience or expertise - Country managers poisoning the atmosphere due the endless threats that will be fired - Fat and inefficient head quarter without any sense of reality with projects and timing overlapping, without alignment, generating endless conflicts and adversity between different roles
