Upper management only care about KPIs for the team. When feedback is provided on how we can improve things, they don't listen

- Some nice people - Nice views in the office

- Pay is terrible - Upskilling does not exist, they do not train unless hand is forced - Sexist environment - There is a team-leader that has shown signs of real racism - Real incentive team-leaders to get their own stats up at the cost of training staff - Forced and unhealthy team "culture" - Management has shown numerous times that they want the operations team to take the fall for their incompetence - If you're asking too many questions and providing some solutions to problems, they see you as a threat - Incredibly cutthroat, but no real reason for it - Have to watch your back constantly, people are not there to help you, you are 1-2 steps away from HR showing you the door for misunderstandings - 6 Month probation period, you do not get trained in the first 3 months
