It can be easy to feel like an island, given the nature of the projects.

Great management team. My direct manager was, hands down, the best manager I have ever had the privilege to work with. Senior management holds employees to a high standard, but they give you all the tools you need to meet and exceed your goals. There is an open door policy with all managers. They are very understanding of work/life balance. They never held me back in my professional growth, and gave me many opportunities that furthered my career. The coworkers there are great on the whole. Very warm and welcoming, and help you whenever, and however they can. Great atmosphere. Management schedules various company activities, such as potlucks and inspirational company meetings.

The building could use a makeover. This, however, isn't Annuity's project to own. No overtime. But you do get your 8 hours and then go and enjoy the remainder of your day.
