Low Pay, No Incentavitives , No ways to Move Up in Positions in this Company. Worked there 2 years 10 months Management is not aware of what an "Open Door Policy" is and Nethier is Their HR Depart ethier. If there are Issues in the Company being Reported to Managment such as Not Cummunicating about different Issues in General whether it to be a Manager Bullying You or even You getting a Verbal Warning on things Never were cummunicated to you and not even in the Rule Handbook and brought to Their Attention. Then Management rather would Fire their Employees instead of Cummunicating with the Employee Reporting about the Issue or Issues at all. Apparently Retaliation is allowed in this Company through Their Management and Human Resources is involved with that as well. The Company is being managed to ignore all Issues and Fire You instead of reaching a Resolution or even just Cummunicating with You in General at all . I guess if One Person reports in any kind of Issue that Their Management Team sees it Best to Fire the Employee reporting the Issue instead of cummunicating at all, because at least if the Company gets rid of the Employee then they don't have to Cummunicate or even try to resolve anything it is definitely the easier way out some when to others Cummunicating should be a the Best Solution and would actually show this Company values Their Employees. My Expierance has shown Me that this is not an Honest Company filled with Integrity that values their Employees, but just the Opposite. This Company Believes if You ask Questions to understand about being Disaplined so that You know why and can Fully Understand so you won't do it again that you are a distraction to Management and that they can't do their Jobs even if you tell them that they don't have to rush to read your messages or emails and they can just get back to you whenever the Manager wanted to respond that there is no rush for them to respond. No one at the Company will Pay Attention to your Emails if your not Management apparently. Cummunicating with Their Employees. Intimidation to Quit will be pulled when it does Not Work then this Company will Fire You with No Real Reason, but if it can be twisted to make up something that will happen to cover themselves as far as the Management goes. President Rob Bayer is like a Ghost and Never Involves Himself in Meetings or even Introductions to Employees Working. Jerry the Owner of Company is Impossible to Contact when needed the Most.
