      Too much micro management on everything, unwanted scrutiny and focus on irrelevant areas instead of productive work related, below par salary and perks, unable to apply trainings/learnings, no motivation for mid and senior level staff.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
