I thought the IT support when setting up was very well organized. Joining right before Achieve and being able to attend to meet colleagues face to face was extremely helpful.

Share point took a bit of getting use to and maybe it can help with best practices. When to share links and when to share actual files. If I didn't go to achieve I think it would have taken me a lot longer to know who to go to for what.
