      Não trabalha muito, tem banco de horas, dá pra combinar com o chefe quando tirar as horas.

      Não tem home office, quando é promovido ou recebe um mérito o aumento salarial é de 4,75%. (ate o sindicato te dá mais pelo dissidio). Muito engessado, precisa a equipe toda querer sair pra vc receber um aumento digno. Os diretores tem seus preferidos, um povo que não faz nada e não sabe nda, mas é promovido apenas pq o diretor foi com a cara.
