Extremely poor contract management with little leadership ability or accountability. As a supervisor, I received minimal support, unclear direction, and inconsistent decisions from the contract manager. Problems raised at site level were ignored or mishandled, leaving supervisors to deal with fallout from management failures. Communication was ineffective, reactive, and often unprofessional. Unrealistic expectations were placed on supervisors without authority, resources, or backing. Morale on site was very low due to weak management and lack of respect for operational staff. Career progression and recognition felt non-existent unless you were favoured by management.
