Approachable, inspiring leaders. Meritocracy: performers are rewarded. Pay is above market, in my opinion. Numbers back up the talk: phenomenal growth!

Its been a sprint for many years... some are growing road-weary. We need to go public and create some liquidity for the 'worker bees.' Sales, Engineering, Support are rock stars, experienced guys & gals. Some other units need to catch up.
