Please be wary if considering apply for a role with AppThis - I joined with high hopes and utter excitement about the role I was advertised which turned out to entail of not even one accept of what I was told it would. I wasted three months of my life being anxious at all times due to the micro-management and inappropriate delegations and behaviour within the role and team. AppThis consists of absolute and utter chaos - zero structure, zero respect for employees, penalised for being sick and made to work from home irregardless of how sick you are, no real break, inappropriate individuals in managerial positions. **No pension despite the legal requirement in the UK**. No support system in plan, they do not pay their partners, it is really and truly unacceptable that this place still somehow runs. Senior management could not care less about you, when attempting to get a pension which is required in the UK you are simply ignored. You risk losing your job if you have a sick day and mental health does not exist here.
