- Every employee leaves the company within a year as it's such a terrible company that nobody wants to stay. - The service they offer is outsourced to people in Eastern Europe. - VERY toxic environment and management. - Workload is incredibly high and almost no compensation. - Expect to work during weekends and/or work late (unpaid) - As a full-time intern (40 hours), I was only allowed to work on my internship assignments from my uni for 1 hour a week, extra 'work' from my university assignment I had to do in my free time even though I worked 40 hours almost unpaid for the company. - They fire people without valid reasons, just because the owner doesn't like you anymore or finds you a threat for her own not even the company, so she wants to get rid of you with a lame excuse for her to feel very powerful. - Ask any ex-intern or ex-employee and I guarantee they will tell you the company sucks, and there is a toxic company culture as the boss is weird and scares everyone. - the 5-star reviews from other companies about Appetite Creative service are only posted because they get a big discount if they do.
