Some Pros: ✅ Great company culture – everyone is friendly, supportive, and helpful. ✅ Good work-life balance with weekly 2 days off. ✅ Timely increments and salary is always on time (within the 5th of every month). ✅ Amazing and growing products. ✅ Canteen facility with free lunch, unlimited tea and coffee. ✅ All government holidays are observed. ✅ No internal politics, very healthy work environment. I would definitely recommend Appifylab to anyone considering joining. Sometimes you may see negative comments, but not everyone shares the same intention or perspective. If you are talented and focused, you’ll naturally get what you deserve here without needing to prove yourself unnecessarily. From my experience, some people who complain often struggle with maintaining work balance or adapting to responsibilities, which is not a reflection of the company itself. Appifylab offers the same (and sometimes better) benefits compared to other companies.
