- Offices are uninspiring and look like a dental office - Constraints in open source code or going to meetup events - Serious corporate environment with very little play. People hardly know each other, locked up in their lockdown. - Still a satellite office, less oppertunities than US and many stay in Paris for just a year and then move on to the US. - Many team members work well into the night in the EU timezone to meet with US colleagues. - Remote work is difficult or in some ORGs impossible to get.
