Upper mgmt has ZERO trust in reps and believe that the products sell themselves. Sales reps are traced on their work phone or computer. Reps are remarkably underpaid. Top rep in 2014 and 2015 didn't even make $100k. Presidents club reps don't make $100k even when having +$1m territories. Comp plan is bogus. "Broken" and "laughable" recruiters have used. CFO doesn't even use company 401k it is so bad.
