Apporto is a small start-up with over 300% growth. The role is remote and everyone works closely together. Customers love the product and the team is a lot of fun. Apporto sales aren't capped, so the sales potential is unlimited. Management works closely to implement processes and deliver resources to ensure success.

Sales people aren't paid on renewal business, but the upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts is unlimited. Since we are a smaller start up some of the processes aren't in place, but the company is making efforts to implement the right tools. These are standard start-up growing pains.
