There are some really nice people working at Apptio, However with senior management having a cut throat, over working and no life balance it's rare to find time to enjoy working with these nice people

Management across the board has the approach to make there team work harder under immense pressure and the threat of jobs. No Thank You's or well done...just more pressure to the point where it starts to ruin your life.
