Terrible sales leaders Rev ops does not care about you if you’re not a top performer. You’ll be talked down to and made to look like a clown in front of everyone when asking basic questions or suggesting positive changes. Senior rev ops manager had a big fragile ego and thought he knew everything and it was quite clear the BDR Manager was afraid of him and would not fight for the BDR’s. Aprimo is definitely stuck in the old ways. Their training was horrendous and they do not let the BDR’s talk about product and do their best to diminish that knowledge and keep you in the dark. It was SO strange! The BDR team and BDR manager were so great to work with. It is the higher ups who were difficult to work with. They really wanted you to fear them. Massive lack in BDR and AE teamwork. There was absolute 0 connection and effort made to create good relationships which is CRUCIAL for these types of sales roles. You have to be on the AE butt to get things done. They don’t care your money is made by them converting opportunities and they make no effort to follow up with their owns opps. You have to spoon feed them and half way do their jobs to ensure you get paid and hit quota.

In regards to your advice to management, we believe that treating people with respect and providing support and training are essential.
